Darwin Barrie, who took over in 2017, dedicated himself to developing products that set new standards in the market. Our commitment to innovation and excellence has helped us establish a reputation for quality in after-market products that continues today.

I’m Brian Beatty, the new owner of JD Air Parts. As a fellow RV7 builder and owner, my journey of building and flying aircraft introduced me to Darwin and the remarkable products he created. My passion for this industry runs deep, and I am honored to continue Darwin’s legacy of sourcing and distributing specialty aircraft components. With your support, JD Air Parts will now be known as a Tailwind Aero company, and I am committed to growing and expanding our reach.
